EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
If you are already a customer and wish to obtain a User ID and Password or change your information please select the appropriate forms from the list below:
- Buyer's access - Allows access to placing orders, purchase history, invoice inquiries, etc. Registration for this is an on-line form. Simply fill in the requested information and click "Submit". Your information will be sent to us and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your account has been set up.
- Level 2 Access - Allows access to your account balance and making payments - Does not include ordering capabilities. Registration requires that you print out this form, fill it out and fax it in to us at 717-656-2536.
NEW CUSTOMERS:
Opening an account with Penn Veterinary Supply is a quick, simple process and can be done in a few short moments.
- Complete the credit application; please make sure you provide an E-mail Address and current state veterinary license information.
- Print the Credit Application and fax along with a copy of your current veterinary license to the Credit Department at (717) 656-2536
- Complete the Buyer’s Access form and click "Submit" at the bottom.
- Within one (1) business day you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your web account has been activated.
- Start placing orders.

Penn Veterinary Supply believes that to provide the best care
possible there must be an ongoing patient/veterinarian relationship.
With
this in mind we require verification in the form of an active state
veterinary license to set up a purchasing account with us. This license
should be faxed with your completed Credit Application to the Credit
Department at (717) 656-2536.
