    David McCormick is a veterinary practice appraiser, broker and transaction specialist. He teaches across the country at
    veterinary conferences and VBMA Chapters on practice financial health, buying/selling a practice and practice

    ownership issues.


    David McCormick is an experienced veterinary practice appraiser, transaction specialist and practice management consultant. As a speaker/teacher, David has presented nationally and internationally on practice financial management, practice value, and practice ownership issues.  As the Practice Management Education Manager for the Western Veterinary Conference (2011-2018), he coordinates over 100 hours of practice management continuing education each year. He operates the veterinary practice appraisal and brokerage firms, Simmons Mid-Atlantic and Simmons Great Lakes, with his partner and father, Larry McCormick, DVM, MBA, CBA.




    Jessica Pritchard grew up in Doylestown, PA and attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation she completed a rotating internship, small animal internal medicine residency, and master’s degree in Comparative Biomedical Science at North Carolina State University. She is currently a clinical assistant professor of internal medicine at UW-Madison’s School of Veterinary Medicine. Her clinical interests include infectious and immune-mediated diseases of dogs and cats. She shares her home with two Labradors, Jake and Charlotte.
