Credit Coordinator
Are you looking to join a growing family company? We are looking for an organized, dependable, and resourceful individual to join our Credit team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work under the Credit Supervisor to process, maintain, and distribute credit information as appropriate while providing our customers with the best service done the Penn Vet way.
- Post payments
- Process customer credits and returns
- Respond to and answer customer questions providing excellent customer service
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Credit Supervisor or Credit Manager
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years administrative assistant or bookkeeping experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly goals
- Ability to organize one’s own activities and manage multiple priorities independently while also working as an active member on a team
- Strong attention to detail, well organized
- Proficient in the use of computers and their programs such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with a multi-line telephone system preferred
