Credit Coordinator

Are you looking to join a growing family company? We are looking for an organized, dependable, and resourceful individual to join our Credit team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will work under the Credit Supervisor to process, maintain, and distribute credit information as appropriate while providing our customers with the best service done the Penn Vet way.

  • Post payments
  • Process customer credits and returns
  • Respond to and answer customer questions providing excellent customer service
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Credit Supervisor or Credit Manager

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years administrative assistant or bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly goals
  • Ability to organize one’s own activities and manage multiple priorities independently while also working as an active member on a team
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized
  • Proficient in the use of computers and their programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a multi-line telephone system preferred
