No Autoship Discounts

Data shows that once a customer is subscribed to automatic shipments, they rarely cancel. Large online retailers know this and offer a deep discount to start a subscription with a smaller ongoing discount on each order. Not only do these programs make it difficult for the veterinarian to compete on price, they also decrease your visibility into compliance and preventive health. Merck does not participate in programs such as these with their online retail partners.

Merck’s Bravecto and Sentinel brands cannot be discounted by online retailers in these programs. You will notice that all other major brands allow these discounts. Merck, does offer discounts through veterinarians, giving their customers the ability to establish these same programs and customer engagement.
