Gentamicin Sulfate equivalent to 3mg Gentamicin base, Betamethasone Valerate, equivalent to 1mg Betamethasone, 1mg Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, 2.5mg Glacial Acetic Acid, 200mg Purified Water, 19% Ethanol, 9.4mg Benzoyl Alcohol as preservative, 300mg Glycerin and Propylene Glycol.

D/A: Instill 3-8 drops of solution in to ear canal twice daily.
