Ingredients: Active Gentamicin Sulfate, USP, Mineral Oil, Anhydrous Lanolin, White Petrolatum, Preservatives--Methylparaben .05% and Propylparaben .01%.

D/A: Instill 1 or 2 drops into affected eye every 4 hours

Packaged in a 5ml plastic squeeze bottle with a controlled tip applicator.
