Replacement for the old TRA2N1199 injection cap from Baxter. This injection site is compatible with the Baxter Interlink blunt cannula system, allowing delivery of IV medications without the use of a needle The site is pre-slit, which allows acess with the blunt cannula, but can also be accessed with a standard needle when necessary. The needle should be inserted away from the center of the injection cap, close to the inside rim of the colored alert ring. Has a colored alert ring so the staff knows it isn't a standard injection plug. Sold individually, 50 per case.
