QuickDerm down-regulates the over production of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP's) in the wound bed. When MMP's are elevated the wound gets stuck in the inflammatory phase and stalls the wound healingcascade. Down-regulating MMP's puts the wound back in balance so the growth factors and cytokins, etc. can initiate cell repair and wound closure. QuickDerm contains PEG 400, PEG4000, water benzoic acid, citric acid and a patented blend of metal ions. Cleanse wound using standard wound care practices. Apply ointment daily to affected area.  Use for burns, acral lick granuloma, open abscesses, lacerations, decubitus ulcers, hot spots, post surgical incisions, moist bacterial dermatitis, bacterial pyoderma and anal sac infusions.
