PlazMax is an innovative low temperature sterilizer for heat-sensitive equipment.

The Tuttnauer PlazMax line is safe, reliable, and efficient.

Single phase electrical supply lowers electrical costs.
Green technology - non-toxic emissions.
Real-time graphical display of cycle parameters.
Multiple model configurations: manual or vertical with single or double door option.
The PlazMax sterilizer inactivates micro-organisms with Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) vapor and plasma.  It sterilizes medical devices by diffusing hydrogen peroxide into the chamber and then converting the hydrogen peroxide molecules into a plasma state.  The sterilization occurs inside the champers by means of the hydrogen peroxide vapor. The combined use of vapor and plasma safely  and quickly sterilize instruments without leaving dangerous residue.

Clean technology takeaways:

Non-toxic sterilizing agent.
No water consumption.
Decreased electricity consumption.
Non toxic residue.
The PlazMax uses a sophisticated HMI touch screen with a multi-color display.  Real-time dynamic graph display shows you the chamber pressure and cycle process.  Optional R.PC.R software automatically tracks cycle information to your PC allowing remote monitoring of the sterilizer's operation.
