  • We follow the return policies of our manufacturer partners, which vary broadly. All human pharmaceuticals are sold on a non-returnable basis. You can submit for returns online and if there are any questions you will be contacted by a representative. 

  • Product returns may be requested online once you have logged into your account by choosing "Returns" under the "Quick Links" tab or the Order Center (Truck Icon) and following the instructions. You will receive an e-mail confirming that we received your return authorization. You can also submit for a return by calling us at 800-233-0210.

  • Depending upon the circumstances of your request you may receive a printable shipping label or we may need to contact you for further information.
  • Returns that are not due to our error may be subject to a processing fee.

  • Any unauthorized return becomes the property of Penn Veterinary Supply, Inc. and may be discarded without issue of credit.

  • Items must arrive back to Penn Veterinary Supply Inc. in acceptable condition for resale (unopened, no stickers, writing, etc.) and packed well enough to resist shipping damage. Products that arrive with insufficient packing may not be credited. Cold items must be sent back with sufficient ice and given to UPS on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Please keep holiday closures in mind.
