DESC: Microhematocrit reader card for the determination of packed cell volumes. Place the EZ Reader Card on a countertop. Carefully remove one of the tubes and place it into the tube slot on the card and adjust the tube until the '0%' line is aligned with the bottom of the fluid in the tube.   Slide the tube holder until the top of the plasma layer intersects with the '100%' line. Read the percentage height of the packed cell column from the scale. Lines are 2% increments; therefore, estimate to the nearest 1%.
